Doesnt support FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) -- one of the most popular audio codecs for recording lossless sound.
The descriptions doesnt even include a list of supported audio formats. Your favourite format may not be supported!
The Info button (and menu item) are both broken.

I eMailed support a week ago, and received no response.

I will be requesting a refund from Apple later today.
